What part of TEMPORARY ban do people not understand? This has to be done. It should've been done decades ago. It's not fun, it's an inconvenience, but it's hardly "inhumane and unconstitutional".

But hey, on the "bright side", at least Uber, Lyft and the cab companies, normally at each other's throats, are all singing Kumbaya with each other. Isn't that sweet?

Uber tried to do the right thing (at first), but the bad crowd made too big a fuss and they caved in.

YC might have realized big players like Google had an interest and aligned with them (regardless of Lyft). But I wouldn't know anything about that. :/

Big players or not you should have seen the arguement comment threads!

Screw it. Rent a car.

I haven't been in a Taxi in years, and I use Uber or public transport only when renting a car is inconvenient.

I wish there was a way to get rid of all the fucking liberal assholes in this country. How in the hell can they be so blindly stupid as to create this latest protest? Who in their right mind thinks that it's okay for just anyone to come walking into this country? If they think this is okay, then let's start walking into their homes when we feel like it and see what happens. Fucking morons!!!!!
